INTERVENTION LEVELS: Determine need for funding and levels of creative participation. The third step in the lifecycle.

COLLABORATE: Approach professionals in the community who address the problem on a regular basis. The forth step in the lifecycle.

WRITE GRANTS: Look at how funding will be broken down in order to determine what resources you can afford. The fifth step in the lifecycle.

DISSEMINATE: Determine a distribution plan based on need and resources; timing important. The final step in the lifecycle.
